Data on enterprise bans is made public sfrom 22.12.2008.

The Penal Code provides the content of the enterprise ban. An enterprise ban may be applied by a court as a supplementary punishment and shall be aimed at prohibiting a person for whom a court has prohibited to engage in an enterprise to act as an undertaking, member of the management bodies of a legal person, liquidator or procurator of a legal person or participate in the management of the legal person in any other manner during the term specified by the court.
